A 50% deposit is required to book any service to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48hrs in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48hrs before the appointment, or no-shows, will result in the deposit not being refunded.

For all first time clients the “Just for YOU facial” includes a consultation which allows your esthetician to understand your skin and its needs. By booking this facial you will be catered to your skin needs and educated on other possible treatments best suitable for you.

Arrive with a clean face if possible and avoid exfoliating or using active ingredients 24-48 hrs before your appointment.

For best results, hair should be at least ¼ inch long. This length allows for proper hair removal.

Avoid shaving for at least 2-3 weeks before your appointment. Exfoliate gently 24-48hrs prior and avoid lotions or oils on the day of your service.
